The video clip was filmed in Salinas--I guess that is Central California? And one of the leading vets who uses it is in San Luis Obispo. What part of southern California (it's a pretty big state). I'll try to find out.Fran Jurgahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05714349624852287450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8346569.post-85248880969052682682009-12-02T00:47:03.763-05:002009-12-02T00:47:03.763-05:00Fran,

Perhaps I would be able to follow them around if you know of any based in southern California.

Thanks.Amateurcapperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10982902236844905767noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8346569.post-5038248956441841692009-12-01T02:25:08.560-05:002009-12-01T02:25:08.560-05:00Of course it is available to Thoroughbreds! I'd say it is more often used on eventers and endurance horses because they tend to be a bit older, but the vet clinics and therapists who are trained to do thermography will be happy to point their cameras at anything, even you! It's fascinating to watch. I'm so glad you liked the clip from the DVD!Fran Jurgahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05714349624852287450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8346569.post-73944699049491340822009-12-01T01:41:35.735-05:002009-12-01T01:41:35.735-05:00Fran,

If so, is it used routinely or as an adjunct if other tests (x-rays or ultrasounds) are inconclusive?

Great stuff, thanks for sharing!Amateurcapperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10982902236844905767noreply@blogger.com
